Meditation daily can be powerful I used to do it too but got out of the habit. Thanks for the reminder - I must find time again. Thanks for sharing, I just subscribed.

I feel you! I'm the exact same, I find it difficult to stay on top of it, even though the benefits are plentiful when I'm consistent with it. In what ways did you notice it helped you? Would love to hear your experience. And thank you! appreciate the sub :)
