No matter who we are or claim to be, none of us are immune to the madness of life. Stress and worry leech themselves onto us the same way water wets every crook and cranny beneath the ocean. Over the course of a lifetime, there is simply no way of outrunning it. And yet we try. We run from the madness as if it’ll kill us, we compartmentalise, disguise, downplay, hide, cope, drink, drug, cry and laugh. We do anything but face it. What if we did the opposite, what if we seek out the madness?
